I'm actually considering having my name legally changed to Rayne Storm...All of my real life friends have called me 'Rayne' for years...Umm, hmm anymore reasons?...Oh Yeah, video game BloodRayne rocks, but I can't STAND movie BloodRayne...and my hair hasn't been red for 2 years now, so I don't even resemble BloodRayne like I used to...I guess plain old 'Rayne' is just more me now :)

Massacre, you should get a "lifetime achievement award" for HDC: The Movie. I also agree with the Zero statement as well.

Day 1

I have received 6 ballots so far, and the battle for each Horry is intense. No less than 9...yes 9 categories have tied votes!

There have emerged clear leaders in 3 categories...and there are some really great recommendations in some. Check this out :-

- Posher leads the Biggest Post Whore by 1 over 2 other members.

- Biggest Troublemaker is a 4 way tie between Posher, Phalanx, Disease and um...you guess the last one.:rolleyes:

- Surprise...surprise! Zero is tied first for Best Newbie Flamer!:confused:

- Clear leader for the Weirdest Member, and we all know who that is.;)

- Biggest Site Whore is also a 4-way tie.



I am pretty confident leaders will emerge by the time the 2nd day's voting ends. Till then, watch this space.:cool:

Ballots have poured in today. And there has been some BIG changes from the 1st day.

- Most Outstanding New Member is a TIE between a well-respected member and a promising new member.

- The battle for the Funniest Member has really heated up, with 3 members vying for the top honors.

- The Best Avatar category stands at a huge 9-way tie!!

- Zwoti has been nominated in 2 categories, and he faces stiff competition in both of em.

- The Biggest Troublemaker category features a tie between...you guessed it...Phalanx and Posher!

- Best Newbie Flamer still stands at a tie, and Zero is one of em!

- The Weirdest Member category stands at a tie too!


For those who have already voted, I request you to send me an additional PM regarding your choice for the category 17) Member with the Most Potential only. It was a late addition to the Horries this year.

The battle is intense this year for each Horry. Except 1 category, there arent any clear leaders emerging out yet. Hopefully by the time Day 3 ends, we will have front-runners.

15 ballots received so far. And leaders have emerged in all but 5 categories. This year's HDC awards are in for a stiff fight to the end. By the end of the weekend ballots, it is assumed that all categories will see a leader emerge in each. For now, the highlights are :-

- The Best Avatar category has no less than 12 nominees! Even then, the leader in this category leads by 1 only!!

- A new leader has emerged in the Funniest Member category. And no, its not Zero.

- The Biggest Post Whore category has a whopping 11 nominees too! And again, the leader in this category leads by 1!!

- The Most Absent Member category features a tie. It might be resolved by the weekend ballots.

- The Best Topic Starter sees a clear leader emerged.

- The battle for Biggest Troublemaker and Biggest Site Whore is really heated up with ties in both.

- Zero leads in two categories in which he wouldnt have dreamt that he would lead someday!

- The Most Outstanding New Member and The Member with the Best Potential sees serious battles in it.


When I get 20 ballots, I will announce the nominees in each category. This will take the lid off the speculations...and then you can speculate about who will be winning the honorary Horry in each category, till the results unfold in the first week in October.

Only slight developments have happened since yesterday's update. We have clear leaders emerging in 3-4 categories while some are still being fiercely contested. The highlights are still pretty much the same as yesterday, so I wont be repeating it.

Thanks to Massacre Man, Illdojo, Doc Faustus, Gorephobia and Bub the Zombie for sending me their choices for the additional category. I urge the others in the list ^^^ to send me their choices for the abovesaid as soon as possible.
