I agree, the uncensored version is like a BAD porn inside of a cool movie.

so in the edited version did they ONLY take out the porn, or did they take out some gore too?
every single time i bring up an exploitation film on Amazon, that one comes up in the suggsetions.

CUTS:

R0 America - (Synapse Films - Vengeance Edition) - This version removes all the XXX-scenes and the "eyeball sequence" is now shorter.

R0 LE America - (Synapse Films) - Fully uncut, and includes e.g. all the XXX-scenes.

I have the uncut version of Thriller.

Christina Lindberg is so hot in this flick. :D
But you get a body double in the porn scenes.

Can't believe no one mentioned the two classics, I spit on your grave and Last house on the left. Also Hostel has a bit of revenge.
My favourite at the moment is Man on Fire.

Only redeeming part of that movie IMO.

Twisted Brain aka Horror High...

Fun horror revenge movie in which the revenge stuff is actually frighteningly extreme. And it's got this 70's electric rock score that seems to give it all an extra edge.

I thought of another one

Unforgiven

Elvis_Christ 01-13-2007 07:46 PM

Slaughter High!

Revenge ( Kevin Costner & Madeleine Stowe)

This film has a great love story and some good action.:)

The_Return 01-19-2007 06:36 PM

Bruiser

I know you're a big gorehound Mothman...in that respect you'll be sorely disapointed in this one. However the "hero" is about as badass as it gets...you'd love it.

About godamn time someone mentioned that one...

For a few Dollars more. Lee Van Cleef's character was all about the revenge.
Pale Rider.

virtuosity has an element of revenge in it, the guy who killed Denzel's rfamily is an active element in Sid 6.7

Some personal favorites:
Robocop
The Crow
The Hills Have Eyes (06)
Man on Fire

Damnit, Im drawing a blank...

gracie 01-26-2007 02:21 AM

Van Damme's "Wake of Death" was an ok revenge flick.

bloodrayne 01-26-2007 02:52 AM

I Spit On Your Grave is always the first movie I think of when I think of a 'revenge' movie

There's also Long Kiss Goodnight, Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, The Craft, Firestarter and all of those "They treated me like shit in school so now I'm gonna kill all the popular kids" (Carrie) movies...Oh but that's the flipside of what I think you're talking about...
