Ok , thanks for the advice
|
no problem ..
the only reason i didnt recommend any software is because i havent done it in a long time and by now there will be improved, easier ways of doing it.. |
Or you could pick up a cd burner for your home stereo. They have come way down in price.
Last purchased CD....I'm almost embarrassed to say it, but i picked up the new live one from Kid Rock last week. Its a fun CD and he does have a kick ass band backing him. |

DJ Tiesto- In Search of Sunrise Volume 4
Regardless of the general stupidity of the "superstar DJ" phenomenon, I have to admit that Tiesto spins a pretty tight set. Spacy grooves, uplifting melodies, the usual from Tiesto. Very solid mix. |
got a bunch of used CDs today.. some blind buys :
- Jamiroquai - travelling without moving. (this guy wears goofy hats) - Lady Marmalade - UK CD Single import - Paula Cole - This Fire - Bed - Spacebox - In the Name of the Father - Soundtrack - Spy Tek - (tv series music) - 38th Parallel - Turn the Tides (sounds like Faith no More) - The Feelers- (sounds a bit like Bush) |

i gave it a small sampler on the way home and didnt hate it ... (although I'm not a big Bush fan either) i think i was more relieved it wasnt a 'boy band' because from the cover i couldnt tell. never heard of them before this .. |
Well they essentially are a boyband. Kinda 30 something contempory "rock". Another band in a long line of corporate garbage that people over here eat up just cuz its from NZ. I've found myself ignoring a lot more mainstream NZ music when I never used to just because it has become so bland.

BLACK SABBATH - Sabotage

Great album!!! No other group sound heavier than Black Sabbath on their first four albums |

ah well, - i'll give anything a shot .. believe me - i've done far worse on blind buys :D |
Nekromantix- Demons Are a Girl's Best Friend

Nash the Slash is an artist whos works i've loved since i was a kid ..
i finally met the man last year at the horror convention. he played a live soundtrack to The Cabinet of Dr Calgari. last year he did Nosferatu (i mised that) and in a week he'll be playing to The Lost World in a show i want to see badly .. |
I'm gonna have to get myself to some of these conventions. I'd be on a plane in a second to get a pic of me and Katherine Isabelle together ;)
Last CD I got was: http://image.com.com/mp3/images/cove...33162adb3s.jpg Danzig II: Lucifuge Just arrived in the post! I'd been rocking a burnt copy for the last couple of weeks and have grown to really love this album so I figured I better buy it. I really HATE the cover to this one tho. |

I was thinking about buying "Feeding Of The 5000". But I wasn't sure if it was as good as "Penis Envy". |

i ooops .. i thought i was replying to Elvis ...sorry.. |

You probably should give the band Discharge a day in court. A bunch of their albums are pretty revolutionary and created the whole d-beat scene. Punk as I consider it started with these two bands. |
The Dictators-Manifest Destiny
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e3...clara/1109.jpg The Cult-Live at the Marquee http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e3...themarquee.jpg Two real kick ass albums!!!!! Hail to rock and hail to Caesar!!!! |
get rich or dy tryin 50 cent
|
My Detestation CD arrived. Its pretty cool..... basically everything they've put out one one cd. Really dig their song "Gospel Fucker" at the moment because of the cool bass driven intro (think Fugazi with some thrashy drumming). I got mine from a distro over here but if you're interested you can get it from here aswell as a bunch of other cool shit.

Sometimes I love to live in a country where most of the people don't give a fuck about rock music...I've found these albums only for 24 euros (around 16 dolars...maybe something more)
