Anyway....As for The Templars, I reckon the upcoming box set is going to be a huge seller! And so far the specs look like everything we hoped for.

I was at BustBuy, the other day and I saw that there's a dvd set of zombie films.

The set was, Zombie 3, Zombie 4, and Zombie 5.

Now is it just me or does it make no sense what soever that they didn't include Zombie 2 in that set?

Now I know that there are several different versions of Zombie 2 already avail. on dvd by itself, but come on, if you're gonna make a set, at least have Zombie 2 it, sheesh.

Shaun of the Dead is the most hilarious film I have eva watched Ive watched it sooo many times n it neva gets old.

Land was fun though. Not even comparable to the rest of the series, but I still thought it was a fun zombie flick:)

I just rented it. I can't remember if omst people here thought it was good or horrible though. :( :p *crosses fingers* I've been lucky wiht movies lately.

Now, I saw this movie on TV around 1975, well before I ever saw "Night of the Living Dead." And it just scared me really good, put the fear of zombies into me. It's also weird as hell. And funny, in a weird-as-hell way.

As to my favorites, I'd have to say, ALL of them, really. There's ten or fifteen zombie movies I think are great, and I would have trouble choosing one of them.

All of 'em. I can't help it. I love zombie movies.

Ultimately, though, I have to say: NOTLD and Shaun of the Dead (which I watched last night).

I'm not sure actually. I think my favorite was the NEW dawn of the dead... yeah, go ahead and commence fire. I thought it was great. And the Zombies running around like insane people was very scary to me, because (as far as i've seen) its the first zombie movie where they moved like that. And thr original dawn of the dead was classic of course, but the fact that the man was surrounded by about 30 zombies in that tiny room at the end and managed to not get bitten or even hurt at all was too surreal, even for a zombie film. And you can't beat that scene in the new dotd when the guy fell on that girl with the chainsaw running :D

I didn't much care for the new Dawn of the Dead, but I do have it here and have watched it a couple of times. Some of the effects are really great! But as a movie I think it pales in comparison to the original. But a lot of people like it so hey, what do I know. I guess I attach special feelings to the original, and to this day, it's remained a totally unique film. In a way I'm glad the remake didn't resemble it, because it would have spoiled something.

Everyone hates "Return of the Living Dead 2" but I liked it as much as if not more than the first "ROTLD"...it has really fantastic effects work for the most part and I think it works just fine. Say that in a room full of average zombie fans, though, and they'll just stare at you.
