Here in Illinois it's supposed to get to 95 degrees today. Goddamnit, I hate hot weather.

I frigging take it back. It's 30 degrees Celcius here today, and Im on the coast! Unbearable....Ive drank 3 full Nalgene bottles in the last hour, maybe less than an hour. Too...damn...hot!

It's going to be 99F here Wednesday, and humid as fuck....I can't wait for that

It's been in the high 90's and my central air is on the blink! Repairman will be here in the next "few" days. In the meantime, I guess I better get used to sitting in a puddle of sweat. How in the hell did we ever survive without A/C?

Oh we've got pools, I just don't really have the steady income to be paying $10-$15 to go swimming a day. Sadly, I'm only a 15 year old kid who has little to no money at a time.

grow some cabbages in the garden, and sell them to grannies down the road..... sheeeshh :rolleyes: you kids are so pampered these days, so mych you can't even think of any pocket money making ideas :p ;)

back in my day we did 'fix-it' jobs for old crusty pensioners to make a bit of spare cash...

urgeok used to help the local forger down the ironmongers to make bronze swords to get some cash :D

that's steep, its only $2 for the pool in the park in this town. what good is a public pool if its hard to afford it all the time?

15 is old enough to get a worker's permit, isn't it? You could always get one of those and have a REALLY shitty job like filing or envelope stuffing:D

Well, I wasn't exaggerating about the 10-15 bucks...the pools in the richest suberb of Chicago, a couple towns down from mine, and if I'm going to raise $15 I'd rather spend it on a DVD or something and sit in my FREE ice cold watered bath tub. Haha.

Point is $15 of hard earned cash for a couple of hours in a giant pool concentrated with toddler piss and rat fescies just isnt worth it to me.

I can't stand the heat either!

It's 5:30am and already 80 degrees...the fucking sun isn't even up yet! ugh
