Its a state of mind, not a fashion statement(IMO).Goth-now theres a fashion statement th that should be dead.

Bad Religion, NOFX, Rancid, Millencolin, Pennywise, Lagwagon, Agnostic Front, Flogging Molly, Refused, Gimme Gimmes, No Use for A Name, Tilt, The Fighting Tongs, 10 Foot Pole.

I also like Green Day, Offspring, and Weezer but due to the fact they receive such heavy airplay, I don't know that they would still be considered punk. (I know Weezer never really was to begin with.)
