The whole point of the rant was that this is supposedly horror.com, yet right on the top of the main page is a big flashy banner related to horror's antithesis, kiddy movies (and yes, the Harry Potter books are for kids, no matter how many teenagers/20somethings/adults read them, though I'm sure it took a lot of effort to get HP3's mediocre director to give you an interview).

It's not that we take horror seriously, because if you read any of the reviews you'll see that we don't take horror (or life) seriously. We're not specifically a horror movie website. We're a weird, random hodgepodge of various stuff dedicated to obscure and cult subject matter.

I mean, I don't go to HarryPotterFans.com to read about about Jenna Jameson's latest adventures in the porn world, and I just think that a big interview with Alfonso Cuaron is not appropriate for Horror.com (unless of course in the latest HP movie Harry is being stalked and murdered by Leatherface).

And no, I didn't post on the new members forum, because I don't do that sort of thing anywhere.

I think she means that your site is taking itself a little too seriously. Horror is fun, and includes a lot of movies on many levels. It is an escape anyway. Many amazing movies in the horror genre........but in the end it is just about being scared.....which can't get too serious or it becomes just sick! We want to escape reality a little in life!

Personally, hey I like Harry Potter, cute movies, a horror, to kids ya.........but if we want to promote it..........who the fuck cares....we happen to have kids on this site too! We include everything related I think.
