here a quick synopsis I found online ...

Here's the infamous sleaze/horror 'classic' from Joe D'Amato in it's uncut hardcore version.

A group of scientists visit an island to search for a native who's been exposed to a nuclear fallout. They are then attacked by a horny, mutant, and cannibalistic zombie with a huge cock! The zombie (if you can call it that!) rapes and kill the women! Will he get to everyone on the Island? One of D'Amato's strangest, wildest and sleaziest films! The image quality on this DVD is amazing! It has never looked better. Stars D'Amato regulars George Eastman, Annj Goren, Dirce Funari, Mark Shannon and the beautiful Lucia Ramirez.

Oh, hell I've seen this. Big black zombie goes around killing women with his mutant member. Kinda entertaining, mix of hardcore sex and cheesey zombie makeup. Typical Joe D'Amato nonesense, but not too bad if you're not too discriminating. Dunno what's going on 'cause I've only seen this in Italian.
