I am a fan of Wes Craven and saw My Soul to Take shortly after its release. To me it was rock bottom for the director, and I am thrilled that he at least got Scream 4 out before having a death that came far too soon. Scream 4 is by no means his masterpiece, but I much prefer it to My Soul to Take. I wish that he could have gone with the original ending to the film as it would have definitely hit audiences by surprise.

I thought Scream 4 and My Soul To Take were both along the same line. They were all right; mediocre. Not Cravens best work and sort of by the numbers.

Scream 4 is way better than My Soul to Take. I struggle to remember My Soul to Take. Scream 4 is the second best in the Scream series to me. I haven't seen the TV show yet though.
