I'm looking forward to the next Zombie film (31).

But am with you on the found footage and Paranormal Activity.

Rob Zombie only releases a movie every two years or so.
I'm really looking forward to 31. Got a feeling it's gonna be brutal.

I don't mind more found footage.
And I don't get all the hate. If you don't like it, don't watch it.
Sure there's a lot of crap but there's also a lot of non-found footage crap.

Paranormal Activity... Haven't seen any.
Guess they're similar to Saw in the way that they're releasing a movie every year. And there are almost as many.

I'm excited for 31 too, Paranormal Activity movie.... not so much.

I feel like Horcrux and I are part of a small minority on Rob making movies. I'm dreading 31.

Really? I thought House of 1000 Corpses & Devil's Rejects were decent love letters to films like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Hills Have Eyes, and Last House on the Left.

Oh but you simply must. Then you'll fully understand how terrible they are.

I've actually never seen anything besides his Halloween films, but after how terrible those were I don't intend to check out any of his other works.

Nah, I'd say you guys are in the majority. It's pretty standard to rip on Rob Zombie movies, and admittedly there's plenty of reason to. I like them all though, Halloween being my least favorite.

You can't judge a director's work by the big budget remake of a horror treasure. I'm not saying you'll like his other stuff but you wouldn't judge Argento based on his Dracula flick would you?
