I think of creepy as being very general & inclusive of many different types of creepy, from sinister to awkward -- but that's obviously subjective.

as creepy as Vincent Price's voice is, its also quite camp

one of the creepiest voices I have heard in a movie is the kids voice in The Changeling... from the recordings, to it echoing in throughout. Mad creepy.

The kids from The Innocents really sent shivers down my spine. I dunno why... they were just creepy as hell.
