Hey this is serious I live in the state of N.C. where they roam if Myers needs help I am near by.

Well, I read somewhere they have frozen hearts and if you can shatter it with lead, silver or iron proceed to chop the body to pieces. But this was on the internet and it may have even been a plot for a tv show.

Thanks for the tip!

ETA: I definitely DO NOT want a resurrected and pissed-off Wendigo on my trail!!

Seems like the wendigo myth was created to enforce the taboo of cannabilism amongst indian tribes of the north and east.....Name droppin': Jack Fiddler was a wendigo hunter.

So the story is eating others allows the Wendigo to possess you? I've heard different opinions, but wonder if its spirit could jump into a non-cannibal's body out of desperation.

You must be careful those suckers can fly. The way they kill is painful they freeze you from the inside out.

Found a little something for protection does not stun a wendigo though but it still protects you.

The pentagram is useful in things like this.

This is so cool. I used to watch a show called "Destination Truth" that investigated this kind of stuff. If I lived near you, you could definitely count me in. I would bring my own tent of course.
