I think that s/he is looking for films where a Female is the Torturer, not just the tortured.

I just watched "Savaged", which features a female main-character who gets brutally attacked and her body is possessed by a dead apache warrior. She then reaps some glorious revenge on her attackers. I think it would fall into the "hyper violent" category.

OK...well...my bad...

But August Underground still features a female killer...
As do the last 2 Hostel movies.
And Martyrs...in the beginning...
