I've gotten several Full Moon films lately, Tourist Trap, Puppet Master, Supspecies I,II,and III, and Killjoy, and everyone of them was good. I haven't found Castle Freak yet but I love Stuart Gordon's Re-Animator and From Beyond.

I've watched some Full Moon Movies when I was young.. loved them. Though I can't remember which ones I've seen because it was a long time.. I wish I can see them again. It's very rare here in Malaysia.

But Subspecies series were and still are one of fave all time vampire movies :D Vampire Radu is just pure awesomeness.

I totally forgot that Re-Animator was an Empire production! Totally awesome flick and definitely Stuart Gordon's shining moment!

I watched the Prehysteria! like crack when I was a kid, absolutely loved them! One of the standout films from the time spent with my father browsing the local video store as a wee one. :)

I loved Re-Animator. I thought that there were some really prolific performances for a B-Movie, especially Jeffrey Combs. The movie, intentional or not, was also pretty hilarious. I love when Herbert West is talking to the re-animated head of Dr. Hill. That is one of my favorite parts in that movie. I actually just watched Bride of Re-Animator today and I thought it was pretty good too.

I liked all 3 Re-Animator films for their own reasons. I used to have a huge obsession with Jeffrey Combs. I would watch almost anything he was in. I have stayed away from The Frighteners for the most part...for some reason. It's definitely one I need to pick up sometime, if the word of most people on the forum is to be trusted. :D

I think the humour in Re-Animator was completely intentional. Combs will always be Herbert West to me, and those films will always hold a special place in my heart. The logical evolution of the mad scientist trope, and it has gone down in film history.

I still have to see Beyond Re-Animator. I have seen some of Comb's stuff. Actually the place I know him from is some of the Star Trek shows because he has played several characters on different incarnations of the show. I highly recommend The Frighteners as well (interestingly, even my philosophy teacher loved this movie), it is really good. I was not entirely sure if it was intentional because one of the makers said that it was not, but that they were laughing all the time and thus it came out as funny. Again, I definitely agree those films (or at least the ones I have seen so far) were really good.

I Remember puppet master , but they have whole ton of shit. This weekend theyare having a half off sale. I either love or hate there shit. Its fuuny especialy when im high.:rolleyes:

I have seen some of the Puppet Master movies, but that is all. I thought the first film, despite being cheesy, was pretty good. Far from a masterpiece, but still good nonetheless.
