They now go on waist measurement. Because no matter what your height is. If your waist is under at or under 100 cm about 40 inches. You are considered to be of a healthy weight

34's are a bit tight for me so I rock 36's but I need a belt. I guess I could be an Australian soldier?

Unless you have a arse that sticks out two foot behind you. If you know what i mean. You would make the grade as far as the weight requirements are concerned.
