I liked the BW artwork. The flies buzzing around in every panel was a nice touch. I ordered the TP from Amazon. The only part I didn't like was the scene where the characters covered themselves in dead goop and fooled the zombies' sensors. I thought it kind of implied that the zombies weren't the supernatural, end-of-the world harbringers I was hoping they were.

Well, I guess I'm going to be alone in this one, but I think The Walking Dead is nothing special at all.
The dialogue is horribly hackneyed, the characters interchangable, and the plot much too much like anything Romero has already done to be interesting. I read the first two tradces because it's been getting such good notices, but for the life of me, I don't see why. Sam |
