It's more "what you do with it" than size. You can be too big (which just hurts and isn't pleasurable) and you can be too small (you should be aware that you're actually having sex).

It's also depends on the girl. You guys aren't all the same size and we aren't either, so the right size for girl A might be different for girl B.
