Florida SuperCon which is mainly a comic and anime con has Bruce, Ted Rami, and Tony Moore (creator of the Walking Dead comic). No where as good as Rue Morgue, but it is closer for me

I'm moving to B.C. in 4 days. If everything goes well I'll be back for it.

Those dates work really well for me. I need to move into residence at school literally the day after, so I can probably just grab a hotel room in TO for a couple days before that, then head right to school.

Looking like about a 90% chance I'll be there this year - and, considering I'm going to school to further myself as an actor, what better way to start off than meeting Bruce Campbell?!

My chances keep getting significantly lower. Job I was guaranteed is no longer a guarantee and no one my Mom knows will go with me. She's paranoid as hell so my chance of going is not looking so good. :(

Hahaha yeah she doesn't even trust friends I have known since kindergarten. I'll be like:

"Mom I'm going out to dinner with Derek, Dan and Andrea. I have my cell. It's charged and has time on it in case you need me. I will be back by midnight, don't wait up."

"Who's Andrea?"

"Dan's girlfriend."

"Who's Dan?"

"I've known him since Junior Kindergarten, Mom."

"First I've heard of him."
