i think you're biggest problem isnt going to be the wind ... its the hawks and falcons that hang out there :)

i'm serious you crazy woman !!

there are tons of these birds all around the area .. the falcons are tagged - they let them loose around the building to control the pigeon population.

they love high buildings where no one bugs them....
