It's on Spike TV (will most likely re-run) and is an awards show that caters to horror, sci-fi, and comic flicks. Here's a link to the official site that has some clips and winners listed.

I enjoyed Tim Burton's entrance, other than that it was all pretty good (I missed some of the beginning).

Yeah, last year had an awesome Saw intro where some guy's chest got ripped open (via some great special effects) and Gallaghered the audience.
