Gumbo. Everything else is a distant third(Unless it's from one particular aunt, whose version taste like grease).

I realize this is an invasive question and some people don't wanna end up on a big soup enthusiast mailing list, but it will foster a sense of community as well as ameliorate trouble should it come up. Remember, New England Clam Chowder.

Really Doc! You've dropped .000763 % in my esteem for you. I guess you just wanted to be fashionably official, huh?

Shrimp bisque or the occasional French onion.

It's a really hard question...

I think first would be potato and leek... then Minestrone and then miso.... But then I love pumpkin as well.....

I had some soup today, homemade vegetable and smoked haddock.

I'm partial to a good cream of mushroom or cheese soup.

Over the weekend, the husband and I made a delicious tomato, dill, leek, and sour cream soup with a topping of white cheddar. Yum :)
