GG Allin is one of my absolute favorite preformers. I love the album Freaks, Faggots, Drunks and Junkies. He makes me laugh my ass off and his songs are a great FUCK YOU to everything. I definatley saw him in a different light after watching Hated (and listening to some of his country stuff). Of course I don't support a lot of the things he sings about - fuck, he probably didn't either - he was just about pissing people off by any means possible. GG was all about personal/freedom of speech and I'm all for that. If that makes me a hypocrite so be it, I don't care.

I am all for freedom of speech. You can say the most racist, homophobic, shit you want too. But that doesn't mean, I'll support it.

Yeah unfortunately you can't pick it up at the local video store. You can however order it online at Breakfast with Hunter Dot Com It does have a $25.00 price tag, but if you're a fan Dr. Hunter, than it's definitely worth getting.

speaking of which, I believe unfortunately that the film based on his book 'The Rum Diary' has been put on hold indefinitely, from what I've heard the director has dropped out :(
