It got pretty good praise from the big boys of Video Game media. Its a big time of year for games at the moment, I have three sitting in my draw that have barely been touched... it'll be a bit even after it comes out before I can give it the attention it deserves.

There's alot of info out there about how great it is, but I wanted to see if anyone here has an opinion- I could trust that, you know?
Everytime I see the commercial, I get excited.
I may just DL it.

It looks like a souped up Doom 3. Not that that is a bad thing... i have yet to complete Doom 3, mostly because even with cheats it raises my blood pressure beyond comfortable limits.

I bought this yesterday but haven't opened it up casue I've been busy playing Saints Row 2 but as soon and I get a chance I'll get back to you guys with a minor review with lots of poor grammar.

Went to Gamestop
Saw this game with about 500 copies
I just assumed it there would be a Wii version, even though it's not listed on the deadspace site
Looked on-line and saw nothing about it ever going to be compatible with Wii.
I am not a gamer, I play every now and then, whatevers laying around if I have the time.
I thought that if a game burns up on PS2 or xbox, it gets distributed to the other gaming systems within a few months?

I don't understand understand much of the way games come out, so please bear with me.

Really awesome experience.

Plotline and premise is very similar to Event Horizon, and the gameplay is very, very cool. The background score adds to the intense atmosphere, which is full of scary "jump" moments. A fitting addition to the survival-horror genre. The only thing to gripe about - levels are a bit repetitive. But there are some really cool (and gorific!) ways of killing creatures...you ll see.

Highly recommended.
