I have two specific questions to ask here :

- Hypothetically, as a teenager, would you feel totally safe in your school campus today? And if so, would the same apply to you if you were a V-Tech student today?

- Secondly, as a parent, would you feel safe about the campus where your child frequents? Are you satisfied that the place will keep your children safe from the beginning of the day till the end?

Think it over.

Depends on the kid, the parents and the campus.

I am all for the right to bear arms for self-protection. Sensible people always know when and where to use them. There's no telling when another psycho with a concealed gun could go ballistic near you. The least you could have, is something to save your own skin in such a situation.

If a situation arose that would cause me or my child to feel that they needed a gun for protection in school (or college), they would no longer attend that school...It's that simple
