I hate when things like this happen.

It's quite alright VC. Her father and friend are going to possibly help out. Meaning that right now without them they have raised $205 and the full package costs $455 so we are $250 behind. There is no set date for when it needs to be done because she will be in the hospital for a while it seems. I want to go in the beginning of March so there is time. Thank you all for the support.

You could do it so much cheaper if you didn't do some package thing through a website.

Look up indivdual fairs and accomdation sites, It will be heaps cheaper, they always up the price with a package for a finders/bookers fee.
