Yeah, very good review. 'The Blob' was an excellent concept. Great for its time and even today. Remeber that Stephen King short story called 'The Raft'? He copied the idea from this movie, but it was still a great little horror story.

Yes, I read "The Raft" and also saw the adaptation in Creepshow 2...kind of a cool monster there! Sort of a big hungry oil slick. Disgusting monster....
