It's one of the signs of the zodiac used in astrology.

WHEW!!!

I just wanted to let you guys know that this 'event' should be drawing to a close soon (it should already be over for most Scorpios)...As was mentioned, "October-November" would be the climax and then the settling back down

As it turned out this was bigger than I even imagined...Cancer, being the most closely linked to Scorpio, also ended up getting caught in this thing...I feel very bad for them, it's much more difficult for them to deal with these things

AND...It seems just about everyone else got hit with the 'wake' of it, which would have hit about a month or two after Scorpio's initial event, and incidentally during the time of Scorpio's sign (October-November) ...For those of you who are not Scorpio, these things should start to level out at about the same time (pretty soon), or a month or two from now (depending on how long after Scorpio's hit, you got yours)...For some of you who got hit REALLY hard, it may not resolve completely until the time of your sign, when your strength, energy and 'power' are at their pinnacle

I'm calling it a 'wake' because it's kinda like this: As the giant Scorpio ship passes through (in October-November), imagine the huge wake that is created by the ship's passing, and everyone floundering in the waves...And as the Scorpio ship passes out of sight (and the troubles finally die down), the wake will slowly level out, too...Some people are better 'swimmers' than others, so it'll take a little longer before the 'less skilled swimmers' are completely out of the water

I warned you that this one was "cataclysmic"

I just wish I could have prepared everyone better :(

I miss you guys...I know that you don't mind taking a back seat to the baby...Babies are just so very needy

I truly hope that everyone is dealing with this okay

May your troubles be over soon (and I mean that sincerely)...You guys mean quite a bit to me

Although, I have NO freakin' idea WHY :p :)

YAY...I love Surprises!

And yeah, I need to check out the rest of the threads, I am SO far behind...I just wanted to get to this first because I was kinda worried about you guys...I saw what was happening to everyone around me, and I wondered how you guys were faring

Things should be starting to get better for YOUR Scorpio, too :)

Yup, sure did. It seems to be letting up, though. I hope. Maybe.

Aww, I hope that it wasn't TOO bad (although, I know it most likely was :()...I'm really glad that it's resolving though..If there are any 'leftover' complications, it should be okay by June for you...But, I don't really think it'll take that long (and I DEFINITELY hope not)...Being the closest to Scorpio, you really should 'finish up' at about the same time

I was especially worried about the Cancers here (so of course, YOU entered my mind)

May this not come around again for a thousand years...Ugh

Weellllll...The truth is, I'm pretty old...haha

Seriously, there isn't much on the internet that's very accurate and a lot of it conflicts...There ARE two books though that are pretty informative, and also quite accurate (unfortunately, you aren't going to get much accuracy about Geminis from ANYWHERE, they're all so different...Only the 'duality' holds true)

The books are The Only Astrology Book You'll Ever Need, by Joanna Woolfolk...And it holds pretty true to it's name...It teaches you how to plot charts, AND how to recognize changes in planetary movement, and moon phases as well as what those changes can mean for each sign

It also tells you the ORIGINS of each sign, which is very interesting...It's an incredible book, I'd be lost without it (and when I tell people their moon signs, I get them from the chart in this book...It really does have EVERYTHING)

As for the second book, it's mostly for fun, but it's also very accurate...It's called Born On A Rotten Day...It tells you all the REAL stuff about each sign, without sugar-coating everything...Like instead of saying "Cancer is easy-going and laid back...They do things slowly and meticulously" like many things you read might say...This book would say, "Cancers are LAZY and you gotta kick 'em in the ass to get 'em moving"...haha

I mean, it doesn't say those exact words, but that's a really good representation of how this book compares to other sources...And it's pretty funny, too :)

As for the rest...Time and experience (I've got about 25 years in on this stuff)
