Great list, although Nightmare on Elm Street didn't do it for me. The Exorcist definitely did, though. I don't think I'll ever outgrow that one for many of the reasons others have talked about here.
The Shining traumatized me, too. Just brilliant. And Jack reminded me of my old man when he was angry (the eyes, I think) so that gave me beaucoup nightmares. :D
But there were moments in some films that really gave me the creeps, even if the entire film wasn't all that scary. In Amityville Horror II, the opening when the son walks around killing the entire family, and especially when the sister tried to get the smallest sibling to join her behind the wall...I'll never forget that.
Rosemary's Baby when Rose approaches the coven at the end of the film to finally see her child.
The Sentinel when the gates of hell are opened and all the creatures spill out.
The end of Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
The blood test in The Thing...
