Okay, i have added the cool background i wanted. the image grows or shrinks to fit your window. check it out. Should work just fine in IE, Firefox and Opera. if anyone is using any other browser, please let me know if you can see the background image (otherwise, it will be black)

I used to do everything just for IE. then i started getting complaints from peopel here using Opera that a lot of things didnt work, so now i make sure everything works in the big 3, mostly because i have no way to test any of the others (like safari for Mac)

looks fine in opera and worked fine eventually in firefox (after i allowed your scripts to run)

Had you shut off javascript? I suppose i should take that into account....

by default, all javascript is forbidden unless i allow it (the extension in firefox for this is one of the most popular)

one of my biggest questions is about the background image. Is it subtle enough to stay in the background? I wanted it to be noticeable, but not interfere with any text in front of it.

the background image is fine

only thing i have noticed so far is the box in the services page is stretched with the corresponding text in the opposite box appearing below instead of level with (fine in IE7)
