I heard their first album. It was, let's just say "not great"

I like them okay. I'm more of a metal guy, but I can get into some of the hard rock revival stuff.

Listen to one of their albums a few times. They take a bit to grow on you , but they are great.

Some simple hill folk from the same family got together and formed a band. That's what Kings Of Leon sound to me

i just bought the Only by Night album and i have to say i like it - not love but like. the Sex is on Fire is a cool song - well the chorus is well done.

i picked them up because my pandora station kept suggesting it (ooh - do other people use pandora - i plugged in radiohead and modest mouse for an 'at work' station and kings of leon kept coming up)

I like Revelry a lot actually...the rest is all good, not my general style but it's good easy listening.

This shit is DULL. Predestrain tunes for predestrain tastes... fuckin' yawnfest.

I think they are pretty sweet, I've only listened to Only by the Night and I liked all the songs on it. I fucking Love the guy's voice. My two favorites are Use Somebody and I want you. Like I LOVE those two songs.

i must say i made the mistake of pulling up their video for sex is fire on youtube and it is incredibly, uhm, let's just say homoerotic. which is fine with me - i'm totally open to anyone having sex with anyone - but it was just weird seeing the lead singer laying on a bed sort of moaning - it made me think of the billy squier video that killed his career - good thing MTV only plays reality shows these days
