I liked the Red Dragon. I never did see Manhunter though, so there really isn't anything for me to compare or anything.

I liked Red Dragon better than Manhunter. Although Hopkins looks a lot older than his SOTL part. Which is odd for continuty. But if you can ignore that, its a good movie IMO.

Gotta agree with you on this one...dont even get me started on the music side of Red Dragon...ELFMAN fucking ROCKS
God your not kidding. Some soundtracks he does are kinda subtle and you dont even know its him really. But he fucking rocked the house on red dragon. I saw it the day it came out in the theater and i knew it was him BEFORE it credited him in the opening. He just has so much style in his scores. Fucking great composer

Okay, I watched Manhunter the other night. It pretty much is just like Red Dragon. I couldn't beleive it. Ha.Ha.Ha. I still stick with Red Dragon though.

Going with Manhunter on this one. Tom Noonan was a damn creepy guy. Loved the fireball wheelchair scene too.

Also, William Peterson was really good in this flick. This was one of his best performances, along with To Live and Die in L.A.
