I have to agree with you on that one. Thrillers are great.

Micheal Myers terrifies me. Generally, it takes some effort to really frighten me, but Micheal does it. I have all the Halloween movies, with the exception of the third. The first is truly frightening because it leaves plenty to the imagination.

H20 was surprisingly well done, in my eyes. With all the time, effort and money I invested in my Halloween movie collection, I started being a little bit Halloween Snobby. I went to see H20 with a bad atittude, basically expecting to dislike it. But I was pleasantly surprised.

That Micheal... You can burn him, shoot him, decapitate him and blow him up... He just keeps coming back for more.

Personally... I'm not a big fan of the Halloween movies, especially the newer ones. I'm not saying they suck, they just don't appeal to me.

The same goes with Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street. I actually liked one or two of the Freddy flicks, and Friday the 13th is allright, but overall... meh.

Just don't appeal to me.

Although I'll always mark for Jason first, Halloween will always hold a special place in my heart heh.
