The idea of coming back from death for revenge for love.
If someone did something so horrible to you or especially your family wouldnt you want the same thing too???? Plus it has an awesome soundtrack. My life with the thrill kill kult. |
I thought it was a great adaption of the graphic from O'Barr...the main characters were all very strong...Lee as Eric Draven and Wincott as "Top Hat'...a solid hero vs. solid villain story. Soundtrack and also the score were top notch....no real acting or techincal errors in the film, despite many of the Draven characters sequences being shot after the death of Lee...I really loved #1, liked #2, hated #3, hired a hitman to kill all associated with #4.

I hated #2, #3 wasn't too bad. I think what's his namefrom #3 looked better with the crow makeup than brandon lee did.

I sat through #2, but never really liked it...agree that the third one was better...way better storyline, the second one seemed lacking and more or less a ripoff of the first one, this one established some originality again...
Haven't seen the fourth one. There's a few "sequels" to the crow comic that I think would make much better films...I understand there's talks of adapting "the lazarus heart", that would be cool...I'd love to see "waking nightmares"....there's a lot to work with, they should take example of the first and use the good material there's already out there. |
Third one was Eric Mabius from Resident Evil....showed the exact same secen of him walking down an alley about 5 times in that film...
I thought the Perez guy really put alot into his character in the 2nd film, and Iggy Pop was great. Ending with the CGI and the crows left you feeling jilted though...now how about that #4 with Edward Furballs who, when painted up, looked like a 14yo girl Crow??? Good stuff there!!! |
