I was STILL HUNGRY when i finished that mess.... Good thing i only eat like that every so often. Even my usual night of eating debauchery isnt that bad. Believe it or not, i am even 30 lbs lighter than i was at this time last year :D

olo! i was nearly tempted by the smell of kfc today but since vincent didnt have any money left (he bought a tool album) ive waited for something to eat now....ive got a hot plate on my bare knee.....ow.....with a jacket potato on it........scrummy:p

yeah... i know first hand what it can do, 5 years ago i got my first computer job. I gained almost 30 lbs in 6 months because i was eating so much fast food (because of time and convenience, plus i had the money)
