I like to watch and read.

I don't post unless I have something to say. Posting just for the sake of posting (something which seems fairly common here) has never made much sense to me. I agree that increased activity would be nice, but I'd prefer to attract folks who would post relevant stuff instead of just blabbering.

Depends what time of day it is around here, whether the posting is lively with intellectual conversation. There's times when the older folk are here, or should I say when urge and vod have reached that mid morning lazy time and start lunch early :D and then there's the 'schools out' yobbo gathering and all the younger folk who think homework is for loosers :D take timeout to visit and let off steam with plenty of drivel.

if we're getting a laugh out of each others remarks - and there's some degree of cleverness in it ..and no REAL bickering (we enjoy taking the piss out of each other) ... then i cant see what harm it is doing to the General forum.
