A friend of mine has a lil kid that was having a birthday party, Me trying to be a nice guy hired a local party companies clown for the party, thinkin I would score some cool points with the kids and Mom. ;) Little did I know that that movie made her petrified of clowns, she answered the door and ran like a bat out of hell down the hall right out the back door, I thought it was a lil over dramatic, but fear is fear I suppose.

From what I gather that movie has caused ALOT of people to fear clowns.

alright 3 words "READ THE BOOK" the movie has NOTHING to do with the book and every encounter they have with Pennywise is censored beyond Belief. Anyone who has read the book knows what im talking about. I liked the movie alot (no one does pennywise better than Tim Curry) but i read the book and the whole movie was watered down beyond Belief, its really sad. Truly a great story tho
