Everything in MODERATION! And if you can't do that, stay the hell away from it, whatever it is. Easier said than done, I know, but still a good rule.

yep thats what I meant....he lost his spirit and become something else....had to move home to his mom.....

Barrett was only in the band for three of their forty one years, and quickly became tiresome to watch (and listen to) as he aggravated his allegedly latent psychosis with persistent use of mind bending drugs.

Waters, Wright and Mason proved the real talents, and their coming together with David Gilmour made them progressive rock legends as they moved away from 60s psychedelia with several noteable concept albums.
