Here are a few I would never recommend to my worst enemies...
Texas Chainsaw Massacre 4: The Next Generation Phantasm (All of them. Fuck that series!) House of the Dead (Worst. Movie. Ever.) Hood of the Living Dead (Yes! It's as bad as it sounds!) Battlefield: Earth (Yes! It's as bad as you've heard!) |
Last House on The Left ( 1972): Pathetic debut for Wes Craven, i think "Maniac" ( 1980) is way better than this goreless and unscary crap, heck even "Nightmare on Elm Street" and "Scream" were better Craven movies.
Zombie Lake ( 1980): Painful French-Spanish zombie movie that makes "House of the Dead" look good! guaranteed to make you wanna kill yourself. Zombi 3 ( 1988): Horrible in-name only sequel to "Zombi 2 ( a.k.a. Zombie)", fast moving zombies included which are reminsence of "Nightmare City"and an early zombie baby ( ala, Dawn of the Dead remake), this movie is sooo bad that it also makes House of the Dead look like oscar gold. House of the Dead ( 2003): 'Nuff Said. Nightmare on Elm Street 2 ( 1985): Worst of the Series! |
I can see you guys realy hate "House of the dead"...i never gonna see it :)
and stay away from "The Village"....... |
I would also avoid "13th Child: Legend of the Jersey Devil"

It's HORRIBLE! |
Rawhead Rex, mainly because the creature in it was so fucking awfully done with pathetic little red light bulbs for eyes! Dont waste your time
|
I don't know aboput this thread. I think it is the bad horror movies that make the heart of horror. well maybe there are a couple to avoid, none from the others, I like pretty much all of them but beware of: Evil sister 2, massacure, and doll graveyard
|
Some odd decisions here, especially Freddy's Revenge, Season of the Witch, Last House on the Left and Texas Chain Saw Massacre: Next Generation.
Do some of you actually watch these films for story and execution, or simply compare them to post-modern clever stuff and agree with the popular opinion of impressionable youngsters? TCM4 for example was way ahead of Craven & Co.'s self-referential "homages" to the classics, without needing to lapse into smug back-slapping and sly winks. |
