I know the story has been beaten to death but I liked the martial arts scenes.

If you liked the first Matrix movie you should check out the Manga film Ghost In The Shell I watched it yesterday and really enjoyed it.

Yep, Cronenberg is one of my favorite directors. But I don't know a whole lot of Cronenberg fans myself. In fact, most of the people I know are just outright sickened by his movies and hardly ever make it through most of them. :p

Just added Ghost in the Shell to my Netflix list. :D

oh yeah

I didn't include Alien because I look at it as horror.

Hope you enjoy it! Yeh Cronenberg's an aquired taste and his films are pretty twisted.

I never really thought about it but I'm starting to realize that Star Wars is a ''love it or hate it'' film. I've never heard anybody say it was ok or wasn't that good, it's just great or horrible.

As you will have worked out i am in the hate it category, but i do realise there must be something about it for so many people to be huge fans
I just think it ended up being more of a soap opera a la star trek
