Oh hey guys, I dunno if it IS a depression thing, I think I'm pretty much ok...I just don't want my people to think I'm neglecting my duties as a friend, but thanks for the concern anyhows - but don't worry or anything, I'm good.

Somebody wanted me to explain my comment directed towards vod...well, as haunted said + vod also has a site of his own, to which we both contribute our personal recipes...well, I do when I'm not slacking.

As for my cooking, feel free to check out some recipes both vod and I have submitted at the vulgar gourmet (tvg) area of vods forum section over at scaredyet.net, and hey...make a few posts up in there if you like.

As a fellow food freak*, I dug it. I'm always looking for things that might impress my girlfriend. So far, I've failed miserably.

*both my gf and I are in food service management, and she is a j&w grad and a total foodie.

I went to johnson and wales for a year, and I did my pastry courses at culinard. I really hated Johnson and wales. there wasn't enough hands on training going on. if you don't mind me asking which one did she go to, I went to the one in north carolina, had I graduated from there I would have done so in 2003.
