The second one sounds a little like "Radioactive Dreams".

i dont think its that ... i guess i could be wrong though ...

if it's the one i'm thinking of .. the cover has this guy with long curly brown hair and a floppy hat on a motorcycle with the girl on the back or standing beside him .. and i do think Star is part of the title..
