vod...sorry to have to point this out, but you know me and the food guru bit...
Either they got the tzatziki wrong, or you missed what the main ingredient apart from yhogurt should be : cucumber...

not to mention various versions also containing mint, dill, lemon juics and garlic. but...yknow those are if you wanna go fully authentic.

looks good anyway, we actually have a lowenbrau here, located right down the road from the "car in rain/tunnel" scene from the first matrix was filmed...fucking AWESOME place to eat/drink

Godammit... I didnt read it first, yes i did forget cucumber, but its not a big deal... its only 50% of the recipe:rolleyes:

Good stuff though, I regularly make it at home...SO good...awesome for dinner do's.

hmmmm

this tzatziki intrigues me. im assuming i can dip whatever in it?

vegetables, crackers.....

<~vegetarian

so its just plain ol yogurt or yogurt cheeze? (yogurt strained, most of the water rid of)... looks just plain yogurt tho

Cheeba V2.0 11-18-2004 02:11 AM

In my experience, the best way to make it is with greek (acidophilous) yhogurt.
It's a fucking brilliant dip...like the greek version of raita (indian), similar, but different.
Give it a go, for sure.
