I adore The Twilight Zone, and Monty Python is always enjoyable...but Looney Tunes pretty much made me who I am today.

Some of the most brilliant sight gags, slapstick and one liners in history - and the fact that it's managed to stay relevant and has been creating laughter for the better part of a century is stunning. Python had a huge cultral impact: but NOTHING compared to Looney Tunes.

twilight zone

easily the most transgressive and provocative program on tv in that period. able to slip really political messages onto the air waves under the guise of 'sci fi'.
