Honestly, though - I have perfectly sound reasoning for my distaste (and disappointment) for this series. I'll have to bring it over to the TV Forum so we can get nekkid and mud wrestle over it.

Also - To you two insane old FOOLS: I can understand voting BATMAN over the three, but I hardly think that this serial pop telenovella of faux horror deserves to be hailed over Batman OR Twilight Zone.

Dexter - He's like that chick at the sock hop. A fun fling for a finger a fortnight farther, but HARDLY someone to take home to father. A tramp. A pop slut. A representation of the masses. A disappointment. And gone.

look, as appealing as the idea almost sounds ..

the thought of the possibility of newbs mud soiled private area bumping into me accidentally or on purpose kind of kills the fun for me..

Dexter is the best acted, best written, most balanced, most addictive show i've ever seen.


the 1st and only show in 25 years i've cared about - let alone frantically waited to see what was coming next.

the only thing i havent liked (and i've only seen season 1 and 2 so far) is the british firebug cow from season 2... hated the character.

but everyone else was so damn good i didnt care.


i've never seen a show with that many characters - including the principal one - have such an amazing balane before.. i'm never left wanting (except for more in general)

i certainly didnt jump on the hype bandwagon ... i had a friend beg me to see it - always a bad thing because i unfairly fight against these kinds of recommendations .... but i was immediately hooked.

Twilight zone had highs and lows, batman is a wonderful comedy, but Dexter is gold show after show..
