This is one of those that I think is actually pretty underrated. Its a tad heavy on the melodrama and can at times be almost ridiculously over the top......;) but really, I think it is one of the few movies that really tried hard to stay true to the spirit of the book(which is my favorite of all time). Admittedly, it doesn't always work, but I think its pretty good, if not great. |
