That sounds like it was short... How long does it usually take to shoot a film?

some are shot in 18 days, some take 90 or more. It all depends on your budget and how wasteful/thrifty you are going to be.

And average mid-budget film $8-20 Million will shoot for 40 days, but then the post-production process can take quite a bit of time. Luckily for us, Argento essentially edits in the can, meaning he knows the shots he's going to use in the final cut and only shoots those - he shoots minimal coverage which speeds up the process.

We start editing in a few weeks and it will take at least a month (I'd say more like 3, but I've been told it will go faster) to complete... then who knows how long before it is made available to the public?

Pictures look great and I am stoked to see this.

I sold my soul to get this film made - I'm broke and have absolutely no pull with the producers, so that ain't gonna happen.

That stink but oh well I will pay money to see the flick more then once to help get this movie the money it deserves.
