think i'm going off my "no drinking during work days" kick and have a couple of beers tonight.

toast with salmon,tomato and grilled cheese (cracked pepper and tobasco). and a cherry yogurt.

Lean steaks marinated in morrocan spices.
Over the top was a cream and pureed spinach/ginger sauce with sauteed yellow squash (nice!), mushrooms, onion and zucchini. Some smoky paprika too.
The girl made this one - damn good stuff.

Four slices of pizza and a glass of grape soda.

Top sirloin lathered in barbecue sauce.

Coffee and a bagal with cream cheese and smoked salmon.

A cup of orange juice.
