Well technically, it's either a matter of:
A) Drugs are bad, therefore screw up your brain
B) You need drugs to sound sane

Long story short?

She was still in love with her ex, and while she really does want to be with me (you should have seen her face when i gave her the ring) she cant till she is sure shes done with her ex (of NINE years).....

thats about it.....so.....i move on....
