First thing: If you have a pocket protector in your shirt pocket or medical tape around your glasses holding them together, get rid of 'em!

Just kiddin'.

Like several have said before me...Just be yourself. If you are overly shy, you gotta find a way to get over it. The worst thing a chic will do if they don't want to go out with you is say no.

I have and continue to have (although I am now married) been approached by beautiful women and been asked to dance, flirted with, and other things I probably shouldn't get into right now... I think alot of it has to do with your self confidence and how you portray it. I have been through alot of shit in my life and I am comfortable and relaxed in about any place or any situation. People don't scare me and the ones that think they're tough make me laugh. So just be confident in yourself. Maintain your composure and don't act nervous in crowds such as bars - be relaxed. Women like to feel protected (but not over-protected), so don't hide under your chair if a fight or two breaks out. Women that are interested in you will watch your reaction to a stressfull situation.

If you are in a bar, don't get slobberin-assed drunk. The only ones that like that are the bar owners. You will home alone and feel like shit the next day. Just get a light buzz...just to the point that you feel more relaxed. Liquid courage if you will.

I realize that there are many other places to meet women besides bars...but honestly I can't think of better places. Go to the clubs that draw the dancers or kareoke singers or with live bands . You will usually find groups of women together. I would not recommend going up to a table full of them and picking one out amoung the others...that usually will back fire. Instead, either "A" send all of them a round of drinks then watch (Don't stare) their reaction then work your way tothe one that watched you back, or "B" wait until the one you are interested in is away from the others.

Trust me, I'm on my third marriage and have had many, many girl friends.

And.............If all else fails............go to your local porn shop and get a blow up girl friend to go!

:D :D :D

I don't know about bars, the music is too loud they can never hear what I'm saying (I have a very quiet voice).

I don't know about the moonwalking bit either, my penis would have to be a metre long to slap her in the face with it, lol. :p

Maybe I should just acknowledge that I'll be single all my life and just live romance through fantasy. :(

Yeah I don't know. I'm trying to be positive now. Tonight I scouted out a few bars, but I didn't go in them. I will have to prepare myself for that.

Afterwards I ordered a pizza, and there was this dude who only had one arm and he had a girlfriend. Wtf??? Ok so a one-armed guy has a girlfriend but I go home alone. Ahh well.

Yes, you are probably thinking where I have been all my life but I just tend to think about things more often then not.
once you find a relationship you'll spend the rest of your time trying to get out of it.so enjoy the single life it never lasts long!

...and remember behind every fine ass woman is a man tired of "f@#king" her(harse but true),so be patient.

Be yourself and don't ever try to be someone you're not, if you aren't charming don't try to be, if you're not a genius don't try to be one. Approach girls you're attracted to, be yourself and eventually one 'll come along that likes what kind of person you are.

How are you automatically more worthy? You sound like a loser. ;)

throw some gel in your hair, be cool and use your best pick up line.
I would give you one, but there secret.

Nyder 05-15-2005 07:10 AM

Yeah I am a loser. I won't deny it. But I'm not a loser in all things. I'm mainly a loser because I have mostly failed in human relationships so far. What seperates me from other losers is that I am not going to give up easily, though it's going to be an uphill battle.

Btw, I meant no offense to people who have physical disabilities.

Anyway, I decided to create a profile on a dating site.

Then again, I have to remember the old saying: "Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it".

dating sites send you on blind dates which is far worse than approaching a girl yourself, and another thing about blind dates....haven't you seen Audition?
