Its not ingame footage, its just that they're filming it from a first person perspective... with WAY too much CGI.

I like Liev Schreiber (although he DIRECTS this one, that's a first for me to see), and "quirky" kinda movies, so at some point I'll wanna see this

I think that looks ok as far as mindless action flicks go. The 1st one was definatly worth seeing if you like that kind of stuff. Typical and predictable, but as I remember som great action scenes. I wont check this new one out in theatres, but it'll be worth a rent I think.
